  Transloading of liquid gases

        The annual transloading capacity is 70 000 - 80 000 ton of liquid gases.

        The capacity of the customs warehouse is 1 000 m³.

   Transloading of light oil products

The transloading of light products is realized by independent pumps and pipelines. This fact eliminate the mutual mixing of the materials. The technology allows the transloading of light products from normal track cisterns to cisterns of wide track or vice versa.  

           The annual transloading capacity of light products is
               about 100 000 ton.

§     Petroleum
§     Technical petrol (virgin  naphtha)

   Transloading of dark products

To transload dark products, a transloading complex is used which permits to transload, to store and to dispatch various products independently on each other, with preserving their quality.

The technological equipment allows to transload wide track cisterns along the top, or by the lower end with or without  heating. The specialty of the built technology is that it manages to transload also dark products from a wide track cistern, which does not have heating coils or other heating equipment.

To store various products, the tanks with fixed roof of 3 x 15 000 m³ capacity are used. The tanks’ heating is provided by internal heating coils. At same the same these tanks serve as customs warehouses too.

The Euro cisterns filling and weighting is realized on the automatic filling machine AP II.

           The annual transloading capacity of dark products is about  200 000 ton.

           The products transloaded:

• Heavy fuel oil
• Light fuel oil

The oil transloading and storage

The oil is filled to the storage tanks from oil duct or transloading from wide track cisterns. It is stored in tanks of 3 x 20 000 m³ capacity with floating roofs. The stored oil is possible to transload back to oil duct or through the automatic filling machine AP II. to railway cisterns of normal track. 

  Transloading of other products and chemicals

In small amounts, SWS also provides a transloading of special chemicals. The transloading is realized on the single-purpose places by the technique cistern – cistern.

The company operates its own waste water cleaning tank. It cleans especially oiled water, which results in the process of transloading, and at the same time, it has sufficient capacity to clean external oiled waters transported or otherwise delivered to the waste water cleaning tank.

Within the scope of serious industrial emergency prevention, an Emergency Plan is elaborated according to the valid legislation.

Within the company area, hydraulic protection of underground water is also built. 

The fire safety of the object is provided by fire brigade.
